1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from NEEV / NEEVOGUE Jewellery, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Product Authenticity & Craftsmanship

All NEEV pieces are handcrafted using premium hypoallergenic brass/stainless steel alloys with multi-layer 18K/24K gold and anti-tarnish protective coatings. Due to the handcrafted nature of artisanal jewellery, slight unique variations in finish or stone hue may occur and celebrate the individuality of each piece.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, cancel orders in the event of technical pricing errors, or refuse service at our discretion.
• Prepaid orders are processed immediately. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require telephone or WhatsApp OTP verification before dispatch.

4. Intellectual Property

The NEEV trademark, brand assets, product photography, editorial copy, and bespoke jewellery designs are the exclusive intellectual property of NEEV Jewellery and are protected under Indian and international copyright laws.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
